Who we are

This website is run by Ignis Care Limited, trading as Ignis Care Solutions, company number 15527428, registered office Pixel Business Centres, Brooker Road, Waltham Abbey, Essex, England, EN9 1JH. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

If you send an enquiry through the form on this website, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your organisation, phone number and anything you write in your message. If you email or call us, we receive the details you share in the same way.

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to carry on that conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Who handles your details

The website and its enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions and emails them to us. Netlify may process this data outside the UK, including in the United States, under its data processing terms. Our email is provided by Microsoft 365. Like any website host, Netlify also keeps short-lived technical logs of visits, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the service.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking.

How long we keep your details

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Send us a message through the enquiry form or call us on 020 3932 2800. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
